Want to send a PC computer, Agent Pongtiku doesn't want to accept a package weighing 18 kg. He said it was too heavy. Have you ever wanted to send a monitor even though you had Tokopedia insurance & the packaging was safe, you didn't want to accept it, they said it was vulnerable. Very disappointed with the service. I will deactivate the j&t courier in our Tokopedia marketplace. Tq

Poor service, I have been directed by JNT Pongtiku to take the package, but he said it would be delivered to the address, even though the package was still in the JNT directorate, the reason being that the package was in the courier sack (Rijal), isn't it stupid!! What's wrong with disassembling it and then putting it back in? But the courier didn't want to unload even though the contents weren't much.

It's better not to open a delivery service. The packing was done neatly with bubble wrap and wooden packing. When I got there, I didn't want to receive it because of heavy reasons, right?
