Buying at shopee for years, this is the first & last time using JNE. So far, using J&T, Sicepat, Ninja Xpress, Anteraja, Shopee Express are fine. In Jakarta it was delayed (it was written that the delivery failed), but in Bojonegoro it also failed to deliver (12-09-2022). The next day the 13th I waited until 17 pm still not sent. Finally googling found his office. I had to take it to the office, because if it wasn't delivered on the 14th, it would be automatically canceled by the shopee system. Even though I got a discounted price from the 9-9 promo. It turned out that today was the 13th the courier was on holiday & my package was brought back to his house, but not delivered to me. Can it be like that? Even more ridiculous: the delivery status says the package is being brought by a courier to your location. Can I take it to the jne office? Please, if you don't want to work, don't work. Not only for the courier who brought it, all of them!

Even though the address is clear, the delivery still fails... At least, at least try calling the buyer if you don't know the address.. J&T, SiCepat, Pos Indonesia delivery services immediately know my address, the courier is JNE, if you don't intend to work, it's better to just stay at home.. Because it wasn't delivered, I had to leave the house to buy milk for my children at the supermarket, which is more expensive.
