rarely use tiki because the marketplace rarely uses tiki services. actually for the fastest & affordable Tiki delivery service so far. usually 2 days to arrive. Yesterday I wanted to send a package. when I arrived at the location, there were no officers. I called a new call out. the officer is busy playing games on the cellphone. I thought when I got to the table it would stop, but it turns out I'm still playing the game. the cellphone is placed when inputting data. after that it's back to playing the cellphone again. If the work ethic to serve customers should not be like that, right🙏🏻 before it was fine just fine. this is the first time I got service like this.. the staff is also not friendly & the answer is curt and I'm a bit confused why the additional packing fee in the form of a plastic bag is not included in the note, right? I was charged 10k. but in the note there is no entry fee for the packing
