Especially for jnt cargo, the courier service is currently very unsatisfactory. It's been two days since the package arrived but it hasn't been delivered yet. When asked directly to the office, he said the package was in the process of being delivered by the courier, until this review was made, evening (10/12) my package had not been delivered either, the courier on the phone did not pick up. Hopefully this Complaint becomes material for evaluation.

It's been 4 days my package arrived at the jnt office. , even delivered again to Jakarta. Even though the phone number and address are correct, I gave them. . There was no call from the courier at all, my address was in the city, not in the forest.
