The new address has been moved from the office which was previously in front of SDN 3 Biau. Many customers complain about the problem of not having an expedition courier. So when the customer's goods/packages have arrived at the office, J&T only reports via sms/wa/phone, and customers have to pick up/pick up their own goods at the office. My advice should be to improve the quality of service immediately.

I'm sick of J&T buol's behavior, every time I buy goods, the package is never delivered to my house, even though the postage is a little expensive. Of all J&T throughout Indonesia, J&T's service in Buol Regency is the most unpleasant. Sprinters/Couriers never deliver packages to customers, I have experienced this twice and why do we pay a lot if the goods are not delivered. I ask that the J&T Buol office can improve, improve service to customers so that what happened to me doesn't happen to other people.

Please pay attention to the courier.. the SDH package period is 3 days until it has not been delivered. Even if it has been delivered.

Courier does not deliver the package to the house!! I have used the JnT service twice and it was never delivered, finally I came to the office myself to pick up the goods. Unsatisfactory service!! Hopefully J&T buol fixes itself-
