I want to complain about Jnt Marisa's bad service. Packages can take days at the Jnt Marisa warehouse and not be delivered to the recipient's address. Usually, you will be picked up and then you can get the package. If it's not picked up, it's still in the warehouse for days. It's still better to wait for the package from Jakarta- Gorontalo is still faster than Marisa- to home address
