I sent a package to my parents in Banyuwangi, from Friday July 17th with an express note from Dr. jkt Banyuwangi, which costs quite a lot, it should arrive in Banyuwangi on July 19th around 10 am...My father was called at 4 pm because the courier didn't know the address going around.... there really isn't a Google map... or a location finder application... He said he wanted to be delivered in a moment... but in the end they said that tomorrow the 20th would be delivered again... to be honest I was disappointed with the service this....why do I use Paxel because I thought I could arrive one day one night to my destination...even though I paid a lot I agreed in fact no...it's better if the regular package uses another service...especially if the goods sent are goods the important thing is....I'm disappointed...where isn't there a cellphone number from the Paxel Bwi office too...not recommended...
