very unprofessional. delivery to my house for the package was already late, i went over to the place to ask to take my package but they wont even help me to open the pile and find it for me going home empty handed they promised me to deliver it later that night but as the day passed not showing up i needed the package as a gift that night and they didnt give me which supposed to be delivered 2 days before next time i will make sure to not select this delivery service for any of product i purchase online nor will i ever use to deliver my things

I paid extra for next day delivery and while their website boasts that 'Next day' means 'Next day' it took more than three days to come four kilometres and they finally delivered it at 10:00pm at night when I was in bed. Their website says that if a package is late to contact their 24/7 customer service but they don't give either an email address or a phone number for customer service so I could not contact them.
