This courier is outrageous. It's been 1 week the goods are still in Jakarta and not in my city. Even though we I belong to a big city that is easily accessible. This is my complaint so that other customers know one of the bad things of this courier 1. I have complained in email and WA but most of the answers are in the form of robotic language that is copied and pasted. I'm just sorry but it's not clear where my item is 2. I ordered from Tuesday from Jakarta to Sunday still only in Jakarta. He said Sunday at 20.00 at the latest but it has exceeded the limit.
