For couriers, if you deliver, don't always deliver last, I feel like my address is close... if the item can't be delivered because it's not on time...and go back to the office...please confirm...so I don't wait too long... ...let me know that I want to deliver the package in the morning, wait until the afternoon doesn't show up either..this is for 1 courier because I have experienced something like this so many times...for other couriers, thank God, the delivery was on time

The service is very bad, told to pick it up yourself/meet at a predetermined point, even though by road/motorcycle, why can't it be delivered to the destination? Please explain.

The J&T courier doesn't want to go to the village. Even though his job must be trustworthy, and delivering orders is the job of the J&T courier. We, from inside the village, are annoyed because we always have to go out of the village to pick up our ordered goods even though our job is the customer is to wait for the order to be sent to us, but instead we have to leave the village again to visit the delivery courier. In my opinion, the J&T Kapuas Courier should be punished or fired. Because I and my friends and people in the village really don't like the work of the delivery courier. We hope that J&T Express Kuala Kapuas can respond and consider our problems.
