The employees that works here do not have hearing organs, many calls have been made and yet not a single call was answered. They never pick up your calls no matter how important it is. I dont recommend using this expedition to anyone. Omg so damn frustating when you use the YES (yakin esok sampai) service that suppose to deliver your stuff in one day and yet the package is NOT delivered to you at the specified time. As a local guide and google reviewer im giving his expedition a 1 star, if theres an option for 0.5 star i will be choosing it....imagine you sending a food that expires in 2 days and the recipient is receiving a spoiled or rotten food......what a waste of money, i prefer TIKI.....And turns out they purposely put the telephone away from they so they dont have to pivk up incoming calls......teleponnya sengaja di taruh sama mereka di belakang supaya tidak terdengar jika ada telepon masuk (bisa saja hanya beralasan saja padahal teleponnya tidak di pasang) saya sudah 2 kali ambil sendiri.....
