In the application it says "The package is being brought by a courier to your location". It's been 2 days and it hasn't been delivered, even on Whatsapp I was told to pick it up myself. Very bad service.

Maybe next time don't chat, offer to be delivered or pick up yourself, if in the end you are still told to pick it up yourself

Every package that was sent to the figure using this expedition was always told to pick it up himself, even though the address had been stated very clearly. Why can the counter next door deliver to the house, how come this one can't? Lack of personnel? Or are there other obstacles?
