WORST delivery service ever. I paid for postage but was told to pick it up at the office. What kind of model work is that?

The package is not delivered to the destination address. But sent wa told to pick up myself to the office. If not taken within 3 days, the package will be automatically returned to the seller. Many items are returned as shown in the photos.

The package was not delivered, even though we paid expensive postage of up to 100 thousand more cma for postage. If you can't deliver the package to the address, it means that there must be compensation for the shipping!!
