So far, I've been using J&T expedition services to send & receive goods safely. Even though there have been more than 3 different couriers handling the stilt village area, but everything is fine. Goods always arrive safely to their destination. The courier changes because the person who previously stopped working became a courier (because there was one J&T courier who had sent to my sister's house, that was my sister's friend). So it's not in our power to criticize the courier who changes or wants to keep the courier-that's all😂. If it's about the status of the goods that have been received but the goods have not arrived, I also understand. The problem is that they are after the target of how many goods are sent a day so that their income is fulfilled. This is actually a bad courier behavior. But as long as we haven't clicked on the "order received" button in e-commerce, our money is still safe and hasn't been passed on to the seller. So just wait the next day until our goods are delivered. If a package doesn't get delivered to a village, it's usually because he's waiting for the number of packages to arrive, so he just sends it to the village once because the village address is quite far from the J&T office and it's quite rare for goods to be ordered from there. In my area, there is a stage village, and the couriers go back and forth every day, bringing a sack of packages to deliver, because there are always orders for goods from here. I feel a bit sorry, but yes, that's what they want to do😂. If you're not satisfied with J&T's service, it's easy. Yes, please just use another shipping service. I also like to change the expedition service that I use (all expeditions have been tried except for ninja xpress wkwkwk), because I feel sorry for other expeditions whose demand is not as much as j&t (want to share the fortune on delivery orders, that's the story🤣). Indeed, in the Pelaihari area, J&T is still the winner for the largest number of deliveries, I think, the most interested.
