The courier doesn't have confirmation if it's returned, even though it's not my party who can't take the package, if it's confirmed it's ok we can try to pick it up if you don't have time.. The service is really not good, there are some couriers who are dirty, even though we pay, they are slow to respond, sometimes it's not clear when they are delivered to the house, suddenly they can't deliver.
