Harusnya mencantumkan nomor HP pengurus yg di kantor ini. Setidaknya bila kesulitan dalam pencarian lokasi agar dapat menelepon terlebih dahulu, jangan main asal kembalikan paket ke penjual (retur). Hanya karena COD bukan berarti pelanggan tidak menunggu & tidak kecewa. Pelanggan akan sangat kecewa bila tidak ada usaha komunikasi dari kurir ke pelanggan dan main seenaknya mengembalikan paket ke daerah asal penjual. Mohon menjadi perbaikan ya Bapak ibu pengurus JNE Express Simpang Randu
