Not a pleasant experience with J&T service once. At that time my brother sent a package from Bengkulu to Tangerang and he said it would arrive in 2-4 days. The package was sent Tuesday to Tangerang but until Saturday at 2 pm there was no info. Finally contacted the J&T call center, and the reason was that the package had arrived at a small warehouse in Cipondoh but had the wrong sort there. Even though I have included a clear address and phone number, but there is no information at all until I myself took the initiative to contact the call center. Imagine the package has passed the 4 days promised by J&T but there is no information. Even though I wanted to take the package on a flight to Papua on that Saturday. I waited for the package even though I had checkout from the studio apartment, where I was staying. It's very unfortunate. Sorry J&T, your service is disappointing
