Very bad service, packages were never delivered, had to be picked up by yourself, chat/call questions were never answered, if I could choose another delivery service I would have chosen another, the staff jnt was not friendly

The service is very bad, there is no courier who delivers, even though our package has paid shipping to the front of the house, always told to go pick it up myself, at that time I went to get the employee package instead of sleeping, I knocked on the door and gave greetings, no response, almost 15 minutes I stood In front of the new door, I received a response, I also got a messenger inbox if my package was there and I was told to take it again, it was my turn to go there and pick it up, the clerk casually said "this is not the package, mother, I might have read it wrong, or a similar name" immediately left with a disappointed face, that was the only response, there was absolutely no guilt or apology, even though they had consciously made a mistake.

JnT Kota Maba The worst service among JNT2 in other cities and other couriers.. my package has arrived 3/4 days ago at the jnt office in Maba city but never been contacted and not delivered to the recipient's address... It's happened twice like this this... the first one was not delivered for 1 week and I complained Bru was delivered... I regret using this delivery service (JN Kota Maba)
