My package has been in walenrang for 4 days and has not been delivered, even though the distance between my house and J&T wanlerang is only about 2 km. After 5 days suddenly the package returned status with a statement that the recipient refused the package, even though the person was waiting and did not feel that a j&t courier had arrived. Description of the courier who delivered the 1st and 2nd day of Dandi Dermawan, the 3rd and 4th day of Abdi Gunawan. Next time please trust me

My package has arrived from the 6th, but how come it hasn't been delivered yet, the receipt report says rescheduling with the customer even though they haven't been contacted yet. Please deliver as soon as the package arrives. Thank you

Some of the couriers are irresponsible...the package has not been received...but a report has been made...the courier signed the receipt...the package was kept from the courier for days without confirmation from the recipient of the package...it's crazy right 😝😈. .. what's the point of trying???
