Honestly, I thought I was the only one who had a bad experience at this jnt. It turns out that many people have experienced the same thing. The courier was yelling at the pol, they said the cod money was in front of the door with a big COD written envelope but just skipped it, the chat on wa was really annoying and they were told to go to a place to pick up the package. Finally I came there. It turns out that the service at the place is VERY BAD! I swear I don't want to drop PEOPLE'S BUSINESS. BUT REALLY AMPE GEDEK AMAZING SM THE SERVICE. Usually frontliners or people who deal with customers are friendly. This is a JUTEK BGT MAKING, WRINKING CONTINUOUSLY NOT SERVED BY SAMSEK. BUSY ALONE WHILE FRIENDING OUT. Then there is a mas (colleague) throwing bread on the table that almost hit me 🙏 If you want to put bread, just put it. There's no need to throw it, especially in front of the customer, it's a bit like it looks like you don't have ADAT. I really don't want to come back here, traumatized. Moreover, imagining the courier who is yelling at you who is sullen, immediately becomes lazy. Think first if you want to come here instead of eating your heart

Delivery time is always fast, so I like to use jnt.. the time for my COD package arrived in the afternoon was immediately delivered.. I thought it would be delivered the next morning.. coincidentally I wasn't there so the package was delivered to my husband's place of work.. hehe
