The time from Amuntai to Tabalong is more than 24 hours, people walking may not reach that much, I'm using regular class instead of economy class, why does it take the same time as economy class, it should be different, and last night my package was sent wrong and the courier didn't exist don't tell me at all, it's just really stupid like that, please don't be proportional, you are PAID, you sell services, so please be total, customer number one is not your ego.

The Customer Service department should be more professional in dealing with complaints, don't take complaints from customers lightly. I'm complaining because the 4 items I ordered haven't arrived and have exceeded the estimated delivery time. I ordered on the 7th and the estimate was 14, but the product hasn't arrived yet and finally on the 17th I complained, I waited in line. When it was my turn to be served, the lady checked and said it was still in delivery and said "J n t economy is cheap, that's why it took so long to arrive" I understand that JNT economy will take a long time and the estimate is 14 days. The problem is that this exceeds the estimated time, so naturally I'm worried about the whereabouts of the items I ordered. The lady should apologize for the late arrival of the goods and explain well if the customer doesn't need to worry, for example because of weather disturbances so the ship takes a long time to travel or because mom ordered it at 7.7 sale, so the delivery is late, what's the reason, don't even underestimate the customer's concerns. I've been like this before, but because it's only 1 item and it's 1 day late from the estimate, I'm not too worried, especially since the price is under 100 thousand. Well this time there are 4 items and the price is 200 thousand.
