It's been a week back and forth, there's no service, my cod package was given a statement that the recipient refused even though they didn't have any contact... Even when I went to the office, the office wasn't even open.... I'm really annoyed. Jnt the service is getting worse..

Very not recommended, the goods are not delivered to the customer's address, instead the customer is called and told to take it to their place even though the address is clear and on the side of the highway. Until now my goods have not been delivered but the information about the goods has been received by the person concerned (I myself have not received goods from the J&T courier). Delivery is not realtime with shipping information. Please follow up with the J&T DP courier.
