When I first started using J&T, I experienced the status of "package received" even though I didn't, I was confused too.. But when the courier came, it was explained why it could be like that..okay, the courier is communicative, why is it that we ask nicely sometimes our package arrives at the drop point at midnight, outside of working hours...so by staff, J&T employees the status of the package is received but Delivered the next morning according to business hours.. Several times it's still "the status of the package has been received", even though it hasn't arrived home yet.. But given the information: the name of the J&T staff and their cellphone number, so it's easier to communicate with the courier. Very helpful 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Sorry for J&T, I want to ask, I feel like I haven't received any package from the courier and all day I have been waiting for drmh, there is no package, even if there is no confirmation from the courier but how come the status on the package failed to be sent to the recipient because the recipient doesn't exist
