PIC BAD RESPONSE in handling Complete. My package has no clarity for 20 days on this TAKALAR DP. There's already an event report from J&T if the package is LOST but my COD funds are not paid either. Why do I give 2 stars? So the service is so disappointing, the package has arrived even in 5 days, I have ordered 2 times already, and so it wasn't delivered. Please improve the service, if necessary add courier. I chatted with the courier, instead I was told to wait in front of the house, if someone passed by, I was told to stop by when my package was at the stu. Loh, do I have to wait 12 hours in front of the house just to check the courier who passed by? Hahaha lol it's really said we don't have anything to do. Unusual answer

The package delivery took a very long time, the package was already 6 days at the JNT Takalar office, when contacted he said he had to go to the office, 2 days in a row the office said the goods were being searched for because it was overloaded and there were many couriers in sp3, ordered to come back the next day, we already paid the postage, you know, we have been kind enough to lighten the courier's burden by coming to his office but still being led by pimpong, if it is 2 or 3 days late it might still be understandable, please improve the service Because this has happened not once or twice, but we have often picked up the package ourselves at the jnt office because the goods are too long delivered 🙏
