The service is very bad. Even though the service in other regions is good, how come the Raha branch is so bad, the courier response is so bad. The reason for the delay in delivery is because it is in the canal area and the delivery is continued by the angkot driver. I don't have a problem with that, which is very disappointing, I contacted the courier from the afternoon to ask for the package, starting from chat wa, telephone wa and regular telephones were not responded to at all even though wa was active. Even though I only asked about delivery problems, if it was forwarded by the driver, it could be delivered like that, I can't force my goods to be sent by courier if it's in the canal area, but please confirm. There is no need to call the recipient to inform them, but at least if a customer asks about the problem of sending their package, they should be able to respond. If you don't want to answer WA, pick up the phone and explain what the problem is. Please for central JNT or JNT RAHA SUPERVISOR, check the courier's performance again.
