On Thursday, May 19, 2022 around 7 pm I sent a package, the Ms. was very busy even though there were no other customers besides me, at first I was quite patient when asked to wait on the grounds that she was busy, then the Ms. entered the computer and asked shipping cost. It turned out that there was no money back, the shipping cost was 37 thousand, my money was 50 thousand and 12 thousand was returned. Okay, that's okay and there's no problem. The problem arose when Ms. gave proof of receipt, it turned out that the name of the recipient was wrong and the name of the sub-district was wrong, I automatically asked to fix it and Ms. objected with an annoyed face and didn't fix it right away and said that later the receipt attached to the package would be repaired.
