In my opinion, Ninja Xpress Banjarbaru actually processes the delivery very quickly when the goods have arrived in Banjarbaru. It's proven that my package, Jambi-Banjarbaru. sent on 26 may, arrived in Jakarta 27 may (transit). May 27-29 at Marunda Warehouse (transit), May 30-31 at Cakung Warehouse (transit). June 1 in Banjarbaru, and delivered on the same day by the courier. From the tracking history, you can imagine, my package took a long time to arrive because it took me 5 days to walk around in Jakarta, but as soon as I arrived in Banjarbaru, my goods were immediately processed and delivered on the same day. so it's a bit inappropriate in my opinion if you give a bad rating for the whole process only to the ninja xpress in Banjarbaru. the courier is also quite responsive, give a notification via WA when you want to send the package.

Everything else is fine.. but this courier who is fussy has already shared it asking for a photo of the house... Even though other ninja express couriers usually find it when they ask for this photo... Haur banar kada kwa moto2 with children.. this is fussy.. even though tomorrow it's ready to be done tomorrow, it's already 2 days..
