The package has not arrived for 5 days.. the reason is bad address.. if you don't know the address of the courier, please call the recipient, ask for the details of the address.. this doesn't call at all.. customer service also doesn't coordinate with the branch.. paraaaahh. Kapok use sicepat.. it doesn't live up to its name!!!

Shipments sometimes when you're in Makassar, stay up to 2 days and then send to the destination, arrive at the destination quickly in the morning, goods arrive in the afternoon sometimes the next day. I'd rather pick it up myself at the warehouse of the destination city than be delivered by the courier, it's a long time
