I've often used delivery services out of town, by chance I sent the goods I bought via sopphe, the delivery service used JnT, with my family living in the city of Breakup and my delivery destination was broken, the service was very bad, the package never arrived home and have to take things yourself even though it's still in the city. It's funny. Pay postage, write down the address, but it's not delivered to the destination. Are the officers unable to sort the location area inside or outside the city? Besides that, even looking at the results of the review, why is it so bad, it's traumatizing, has the service not been improved and the staff's performance evaluated until now??? Maybe it's better to report and just call the head office to follow up because it carries the name of the company. It's a pity why there are postage and destination addresses if they are not delivered to their destination, especially still within the city. Hopefully in the future it will be better and improved. I hope my package will be delivered to my house. If it is still not delivered, it means that the company is not committed and competent in hiring and selecting its employees like in other cities.
