Have used JNE to send motorbikes from Jogja to PSP. When the motorbike arrived at the PSP, he lowered it slowly, the courier was also friendly even though he spoke so fast that he almost didn't even hear what he said, but overall the service was good Btw, that's my sister's account that gave a review below which is called "Febri Angrayani", Wrong place of value, it seems that brother wants to score JNT on PSP with bad service. Not an assessment for JNE. Because these 2 expedition services are different even though the names are almost the same

The courier is irresponsible..I ordered goods from Shoopi with COD payments..the courier said I had my telephone even though there wasn't at all..no confirmation at all to me suddenly my order was just reversed..I checked with JNt. The courier said he there is confirmation even though there is no proof he contacted me ..
