Non-Cod packages are not delivered suddenly, the status of the package is received complete with photos of proof of delivery without any confirmation. The next day, they were contacted nicely via chat wa instead of being responded to, they were only read. After that, it was delivered instead of going home, instead it was entrusted to the security post. The turn for the cod package was held from the 17th until the 19th, no news yet. Kindly contacted on the 18th the answer was just okay. Can the courier work or not?
