The service was not good. We sent a package from Surabaya. According to delivery app, the package had arrived at the office but was not delivered to customer for 6 days. We phone called the office but it was busy. Finally the package had to be pick up by customer herself. Someone from Tiki Yogya office explained, the reason for the delay was they did not have anybody to deliver the package to the addres.

Worst expedition I've ever used. My packet's been sitting on TIKI's warehouse in my city and haven't been sent to me for 3 days! Shame, I really need that packet for it contains computer RAM. Without it, computer is not usable. I would give 1/10 if I could.

Dear TIKI Yogyakarta I have a terrible experience with TIKI's service. A very terrible one actually. This review won't be appropriate and good enough to content my dissatisfaction. The management should contact me about this. Not because I am a big customer. But because I know a very fundamental mistake deliberately done in TIKI. Me and my institution had a great loss as the result of TIKI's corrupt service. I am not just barking and bluffing. I have some proof and eyewitness to support my sentiment. It will be wise for management to embrace this mistake for evaluation and repair TIKI's service. Regards
