Admin and cs are NOT FRIENDLY, they were told to pick up the package at 10 am, when I took the package to the office, I didn't find the package. I waited a long time, even though it was a pretty big package, told to come back tomorrow, with the excuse that the package was brought by a courier of all kinds, it's better to just replace it the staff at the J&T Kampak branch office, it's not really work, there are still many who want to work!!!

It's not clear if the admin comes home before closing time, when I want to pick up the goods, the courier says the admin has gone home. I waited for half an hour still not clear. Which oaths are usually not sent but have been returned without confirmation. It's as bad as this, it seems like the service of jnt ax is very disappointed. 1 star too much!!!!

The service is very unsatisfactory, I have been there 3 times, the answer is still in the warehouse, You can see that it's being tracked back and forth, from the warehouse to the delivery place, then back to the warehouse, then back to the shipping place, just like that. The first day I asked yesterday the cs was also very unfriendly and curt as if they were reluctant to serve customers My advice, please improve the sorting system so that it doesn't repeat like this again, I've used this jnt service twice with different packages and the incident is the same back and forth over the packages, and for the cs please choose one that is friendly and wants to serve the customer properly. Thank you
