delivery item so late,from Kupang to labuan bajo,and NEVER deliver the items sent untill the address on it. we need to pick up to the J&T office.😡 When they will be improve ,or fix their human resources. it's terrible and horrible.

the worst delivery service in Labuan Bajo JNT, why? because the delivery took so long, it could stay in the back for weeks and always past the estimated date of delivery, after arriving in Labuan Bajo, the package was not immediately arranged and not delivered to the addressee. indeed in the hub. but never reply to chat when we ask. the response is bad, the office also doesn't look like an office, it's fine at a red light, why is it lazy to move to an unclear place, if possible JNT just delete it for Labuan Bajo, JNE is better, Ninja Van/exspres is the same as fast. JNT didn't deliver the package when I wanted to pick it up, it closed, it was only 2 o'clock
