The package has arrived at the Larantuka drop point from 4 days ago, but until now the package has not been delivered to the courier's house. The service is very bad, the courier is not friendly, the reschudle is unilateral, the courier does not confirm in advance if the package cannot be delivered... even though I have paid for the package and not cod, it should be prioritized. If there is a shortage of courier workers, they should be added. It really spoils the name of JNT, which is clearly good in other areas.

Lazy courier, my package has failed 3 times to reach my address. the package was never delivered to the address, suddenly the package status changed, the buyer refused the receipt. Very very detrimental!
