The courier is very unprofessional. It's arbitrarily claiming the package was received even though the package has not been received at all. This is the second time JnT has done something like this. Really really bad service

Courier cursed 10x my cod items were returned, with the reason that the buyer refused the receipt, even though the number is always active every time a package arrives, always waiting at home 24 hours, if you're lazy to deliver the goods, it's better to just crouch in the fields, so be a courier!!!
