VERY BAD Service. I purposely ordered something online and asked for sameday delivery. They did not deliever the package on the sameday. The next day the package still did not arrive. So i called customer service. They said to wait another 3 days for them to find out what's going on and where the package is at. Seriously, if you can't do sameday delivery. Then DON'T give option of sameday delivery!!! This package i ordered is from JKT UTARA TO JKT UTARA and i DONT get my stuff using sameday. I ordered something from SURABAYA TO JKT UTARA, after in ordered that package, it already arrived using PAXEL. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
