The service to deliver the package from the knife home to Henda village, how come it has not been confirmed for 4 days, let alone reached the recipient. I tried to contact the post office but there was no response at all, if you can't deliver, let me know, so that I can pick it up myself even though it should be their responsibility to deliver because it's already included in the postage.
