If possible, don't give stars at all for JNE services for the estuary two Kisam area, the courier chat doesn't respond at all, my item has been re-delivered twice, to ask more about the problem, the courier in chat was ignored, chat I didn't reply, just red,,.. How come this is using a courier like this, asking for help, for the service to be improved again, if it can't be delivered on the same day, please confirm.. Very disappointed the service is not very good! payment has been paid as specified but the package was not delivered to the house instead was told to pick it up myself with the excuse of not knowing even though the address was very clear and there was a phone number, the promise from the center was that it took 4-6 days at most, it turned out to be 10 days more!
