Does not have a courier. He should have had a courier to deliver, this is a minus value for Tiki Indonesia, I know that Tiki Martapura is only a branch alias agent managed privately / CV but at least you have to have a courier, packages for confusing areas have to take your own, unethical as a service provider delivery service but we take the goods ourselves ,. If it's close, it's ok, but it's 1 hour away, you can go to Tiki Belitang, why do you have to stop at Tiki Martapura? Not a recommendation for shipping goods ...

I bought goods at open shanties. I chose the Tiki service because only the Tiki delivery service guarantees the fastest delivery for 3 days. But I am really disappointed. It's been the fourth day, but the item I ordered didn't come. I track receipts tracked the delivery from Jakarta to Palembang and until the fourth day, it still hasn't arrived. I hope Tiki can improve its performance. Thank you
