It's bad, the fast, has called CS many times, no solution, still stuck at kahfi Jagakarsa, he said waiting for the courier to deliver. It's been 3 days waiting for the courier to deliver, is it really delivered or is the package left??? Courier doesn't know the address?? Please fix this and re-evaluate as soon as possible, this is really a loss to the customer

Just close SiCepat Jagakarsa. It's been 2 days since the package arrived at Jagakarsa Branch but it hasn't been sent to the destination address. Even though the distance is very close, only 5-6 km from the destination & it takes a few minutes. For Si Fast Center, if you don't want to lose customers, please improve their performance. Called the head office and only got the same answers, "WE WILL HELP MAXIMUMLY & FOLLOW UP" but there was no follow up from the branch. I'm tired of using this expedition, in the future I don't want to use SiCepat anymore... VERY DISAPPOINTING !!!

quickly turned into a conch, the package was picked up on Sunday for delivery together in South Jakarta, but until Monday the package was stuck in siCepat Jagakarsa. until Wednesday the package had not arrived, don't promise express if you are in town it won't take long. you don't know how important the package is.
