Use the services of Sicepat and lately I've always been disappointed with Sicepat, especially stuck in this pawn shop waiting for delivery, staying here can take up to 4 days until 2 of my packages arrived late from the estimated delivery of the goods. This is all I have to complain to cs first because the package has not been delivered until after the complaint is executed. The problem is, when I have to complain, every time I wait for the package to be delivered, my goods are delivered. Not to mention that there is someone who doesn't respond to cs. I think I've given up using fast express services!! There are more or less 6 of my items that went through this expedition, all of them were messed up!!

this is really ridiculous, the warehouse is the most ridiculous when I sent it from East Jakarta to West Jakarta for up to 10 days and strangely again on the 8th the package was deposited in the warehouse. halloo... that's my customer so they complained to me, CS has already been called but what's the answer?
