Couriers are lazy to deliver to the front of the house, even customers are told to come down to the courier, the reason for bringing cellphone/electronics will be lost. Very problematic when using Anteraja, it always exceeds the estimated delivery limit. Goods always fail to be delivered, when we ask if we want to pick up the goods on the spot, they don't even respond. Very disappointed, really underrated if using Anteraja.
