seriously guys you should evaluate the system. i've been waiting for my packet almost 1 weeks and i am still not receiving yet. also why you never answer the call? we have to contact the centre to get your contact and still didn't get responed. hope you read this and evaluate it to make it better . thanks

The service is very slow. Alhough I'm a loyal J&T customer from the they start their business in Aceh. Last time, J&T still do the delivery service on Saturday and Sunday. But now apart from being slow, they also stop the delivery on holidays. Looks like I will switch to other courier service if the service still bad :(

+ • Good service • Fast response - • the courier needs to be more aggressive in contacting customer if he is unreachable for some moments. Therefore, the goods wont back to its warehouse
